Snl phone not working 0427 2417008

Dear sir, m my BSNL landline no 0427 2417008 is not working for the past one month .i have complained more than 10 times over phone and in person also to the higher authority of SALEM MAIN EXCHANGE there is no proper response nor rectified till now. but BSNL is prompt in sending the bill for for a non working connection and prompt in disconneting the connection if not paid in time although the phone was not working.
