GPRS/INTERNET extra charge in the Bill inspite of active unlimited plan

Respected Sir,

My complaint is here about BSNL, I have activated Plan of unlimited internet extra charge monthly 249 rs in my postpaid card in number 9428513018. inspite of activated this plan, i charged extra in my bill using of internet from last two months (that is Rs. 91 and 716)

when I called first time in customer care they told me the charge will be adjusted in next bill but i charged twice as same, also when i call they dosen't respond me very well and not giving me any right information about this.
