Misbehave by customer care

SIr,
due 2 my ignorance regarding my newly got bsnl mobile connection, i went for taking assistance from BSNL customer care. I made my call on 9.18 pm, 27/3.
But to my surprise the customer care executive was in no good mood to clarify my doubts.it seems that he was on a bias to solve his customers. I am dejected.
I request your kind atttention in to this matter at your earliest convenience and
please let me ensure the necessary action taken against the same.
