Phone out of orde

This is to inform you that since last 2 month, our telephone (2401492, Nallasopara) is out of service & after repeated complaint logging, still is not attended. since last 2 weeks, I have ringed up several times to PGM office, but situation is same.

one engineer has came, said that some re-wiring has to be done but 20 days have been past, no solution provided or issue still unresolved

BSNL is having very pathetic service.
