Land line dead

Dear Sir,
My land line number 04257-245450 is dead since two months. It has been complaint to the nearer exchange padiyur 04257-245198 and there is no response till now. When the BSNL officials attend the phone they behave in rubbish way and they are not showing any interest in serving the customer. Its duty of BSNL to provide proper service, but they fail to do so. If it goes like this i have planned to migrate to other service provider soon.
