Not getting 20% rebate for psu

Sir,

I an very old and serious customer of BSNL broadband service. My tel no. (0343) 2569684 and my customer no. 369820. I an a SAIL executive and I applied for 20% rebate on broadband plan (Home-250) on 24.08.2009 through Durgapur Steel Exchange customer care with all relevant documents. But unfortunately till 21.04.2010 no such rebate is provided by BSNL. I personally meet SDO (phones), Durgapur Steel Exchange Every month but no initiative is awarded from his end till today. So, that i am still paying more rental and not able to get the facility provided by you. You are cordially requested to look into the matter at the earliest as i am not getting any help from SDO (phones), Durgapur Steel Exchange.
