I applied for broadband (unlimited) in july and finally got it in september but i paid the bill frm july/august itself because the personnel in charge seemed to be too busy to listen to my complaint. Since then I have been paying the bill every month without fail. But since the last 2-3 months i have paid been asked to pay extra on the pretext that some of last year's bills were not cleared. I do not want to go to the office again and again to enquire because the staff there is not cooperative at all. I would like to get a detailed bill summary from July if possible.
