When Thrissur Pooram Exhibition comes to the end the BSNL, Trissur has not yet compromised the promise which they made last year at Thrissur Pooram Exhibition. The promise was that they will refund one month bill who gives their application form in the exhibition stall of BSNL.

When asked to customer care officer they don’t even know about it, or they don’t have a satisfying answer for the question.

Its not for getting me refunded but to inform you that the BSNL has not changed yet, and also to inform that the behavior of the customer care executive of land line has much to change comparing other competitors from the same sector.

I think you may take this letter into consideration.
