Landline not working for last 20 days

Sir,

The complaint was lodged on 01-06-10 at bsnl sub-division Baijnath.despite personal

contact and request to the bsnl authorities at Baijnath, my residential phone no.01894-242102 has not yet been made functional which shows clear cut negligence towards the deficiency in customer service.if such type of services are provided by bsnl

there is no fun to continue with bsnl.
