Not response for landline connection

I applied before 3 month for BSNL landline & broadband connection but still today i cant get connection as well as satisfied answer from department.

when i gone there they told me there is no tag free in dp there is only one faulty tag free few days you can get connection then after i gone there after few days they told me we cant do anything my exchange sdo told me u tell us iff any tag free so i search n find out 2 dp with free teg i told him plz give me a linemen i tell u where is free teg then thay told we cant do as u say we do as we wish we had not sufficient men power for that. I need bsnl broad band urgent but the office staff do not take it seriusly. if the teg is faulty plz tell me who repaire it. Plz Replly Me
