Received Bill after 13 month of closing internet connection

Sir/Madam

This is very shame full to inform you that some days before i got a bill (near about 7000 Rs)

for our i, nternet connection which be have closed in May/ June.

After closing our internet connection we received no bill, but surprisingly in june we received a bill claiming previous due of near about 7000 Rs.

Sir, for that connection i have even received security money for that connection (via cheque from bsnl) and

that cheque has been credited in my account on 22 oct with Transfer No-392400.

For which connection i have received my security money back how can i get bill for that connection???

hoping for an action very soon
