Non receipt of Deposit of Landline phone connection

I (Mrs. Jayshriben Rameshchnadra Gor) have surrendered my Landline connection No. 02834-224659 of Maska Village to Mandvi-kutch BSNL Office as on 15.04.2010.

The Handset was deposited to Mandvi-kutch BSNL office on the same day.

Today, total 84 days passed, but till date I haven’t get my deposit (Rs.-) back.

When asked about the same, I have been told to contact bhuj office for this issue.

I have emailed to 'pg_bhuj@bsnl.co.in & "pgobhuj@bsnl.co.in" several time regarding this issue. but till date i haven't got any reply.

Hence, I request you to look into this matter and to help me to get my deposit back as soon as possible.
