Unwanted services activated

A year and half is spending with this type of service provided by bsnl.

A "radio active user" service was activated automatically more than a year

and complain was made. Now they are charging Rs 5 per wee and Rs. 25/month

both at a same time.

Now I am really fed by this take earliest action for this Or disconnection will

be the better option for me.
