Deduction for nonsubscribed service

Respected Sir,

I am a resident of SAS Nagar and I am having a prepaid connection of BSNL, mobile #9464230515. There has been Rs. 19 deducted from my phone for Devotional portal subscription, which I have not subscribed ever. Kindly help me in this regard and help refund my money. I got a sms from 12630019 stating that I have subscribed this facility, which I have never subscribed and they have deducted 19 rupees for it. Kindly help me in this regard.
