Cant get a new connection

Sir,

As I applied for a new WLL phone connection and also speed internet on 18th June at Vaniyanbadi Exchange. Till now they are not give connection. When ever I called to the customer care officer of that Exchange they says " we dont have the software to enter the data of yours.. so wait for 2 or 3 days". Its not one time, through out a month they said like that only. Whenever I'm going to ask for that and they replied the same are usual.

so sir please do some action regard this... my details are given below...
