Dear sir/madam,
This is to register a complaint against BSNL. BSNL is providing extremely dissatisfactory services. They deducted 28 rs from my account for caller tune activation whereas i havent activated any such scheme. This happened twice. The first time they promised me to deactivate that scheme but they didnt (deducted 10 rs) and the second time they again deducted 28 rs amount from my balance. They didnt had any satisfactory explanation for this and didnt refund me back 28 rs either. Please help.
