Deactivation of value added service

Sir, I am using the BSNL prepaid mobile no. 9463424268. i have not requested for any value added service, while i am being charged for every day. i receive the unasked 'Masala jokes', which put me in an awkward position.

There is another message which says i am being charged Rs. 19/ month. Please do something to deactivate such services. Thank you.
