Deduct Balance Rs. 50

I am Nitin Malhotra from Ludhiana. I am using BSNL prepaid connection on my mobile.

My Mobile nos is 9463638948. On 29 July i have got a Message from 528961050 is "Thanks 4 downloading Javagame at 29-07. Your download cost is Rs. 50.But

there is no game download on my cell phone even i am not try for any browsing on my cellphone. Then I contact to customer care about this problem, they give me the complaint nos is "H031921567" at 03-07. but till now no response from them and not Waive my account worth Rs 50. So, take action about this problem.
