Land line Not working

Dear Sir,

My name is Sheetal K. Kucheriya staying at MIDC Jalna. Since 9 th Jully our land line number 02482-221149 is not working. We have inform to the concern department, They have given the Coplaint No. 12976. Till date our telephone is dead and due to that my business is hampparing. I also have my old parants at home.

I kindly request you to look into this serious matter.
