Irregular connection of internet

Sir,
I am one of your service-users with the customer ID 0307009400160. I have opted for ‘Broadband’ facilities at my home also some 3-4 years back and enjoying the mentioned service. This service is unlimited 24 hours and I am paying the bill annually in advance.
But I am now disturbed to find that almost every day the broadband service is not available for a certain. It opens for a small period and the dialogue box shows error 678 and or 691.
Each time I complain to 1800 424 1600 to have a complain number and only once the concerned engineer visited in the noon and asked me over the telephone that this is normal as there is a parallel connection.
This is no solution to my problem. I am user of the normal telephone service since 23-07-1994. I applied for Internet service only few years back. I am not supposed to know how your technical person connects the internet but it must not be at the expenses of my normal telephone service.
What I need is ‘Uninterrupted Internet Service’ at time of my conveniences.
I applied for the service to pursue my ‘academic necessity’. Though retired but I was an ‘Associate Professor’ in chemistry and still now I require the net service badly as I am not in a position to avail the service from my old Institution.
I would highly appreciate your intervention as early as possible to get me out of the difficulties I am facing to get the net service.
