LANDLINE 020-2546 2869 DEAD

My landline no 2546 2869 is dead since 20/8/10. I have complained thrice, first on 20/8/10 vide com no 4472 then on 24/8/10 vide com no 4591 and again on 26/8/10 vide com no 4658.No body seems to take any action, and strangely my complaints are deleted with the remark that they have been looked into! Will somebody look into this and take necessary action.
