Landline phone not repaired for the last 20 days even after repeated complaints

Sir,

I Viswanathan having the landline number (040-27230887) is writing this mail because even after repeated complaints for the past 20 days the issue is not resolved (phone dead). I have checked the complaint status and found the complaint has been closed without the issue being resolved. This is not the first time I am facing this issue, I am also attaching the list of complaint numbers that I have registered for the past one year. I would also like to inform you that the customer service is very poor, even I have sent a number of mails to CMD (cmdbsnl@bsnl.co.in), Customer Service Centre -CM (ddg_pg@bsnl.co.in,), GM (gm_bd_ap@bsnl.co.in).but there was no respone and my issue was not resolved.

I even called the customer care (1500) several times but was in vain. The customer care executive has asked me to call another number (040-23234770) I called that number but the executive who answered the call was rash and said that they were not responsible for the problem that I am facing. It is very strange that even the tickets that I have raised was closed with resolving the issue. I would even like to mention that BSNL is not even maintaining minimum professional standard and I wonder how they are surviving in the market. I hope after drafting this mail atleast now my phone gets repaired.
