Problem in recharging by coupan

Sir i used recharged coupan for my mobile no. 919456683663 from jaipur, actually my number from upwest, when i enterd verification code, then there is error message, this facility is not available for your mobile. can we not recharge our mobile from other city (roaming area), please help me i am waiting.
