Balance dedction

I have a cell one mobile no. 9425110320. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care Gwalior and on customer care. My caller tune service are being charged for last the 03 month while i have never consented for this. I have sent messages on 56700 for deactivate of this service on 20th Aug but amount dedcted on 28th aug again Rs. 40/- and Rs. 10 dected on 14.09.10 for Humshakal I never acitivated this service.
