NON FUNCTION OF LAND LINE

My land line 04259 223149 goes out of order very frequently since last 6 months. Complaints were given No positive response, complaints gets registered but never attended. I use this line for my Broad band (BSNL) very rately use for making calls. In my absence this is the only communication facility for my age old father and mother in case of any emergencies. It is very painful to note the negligene of the dept., I believed BSNL is the best for a common man like me that is the reason I use it almost for past 35 years. My mobile landline broad band all from BSNL. The poor service force me to look for an alternate service provided. Will BSNL respect their customer complaints seriously.
