I switched to BSNL mobile only last month. Since then I have received a dismal experience. I had lots of problems but accessing the customer service is impossible. Literally, I have dialed the customer service number for Assam (919400024365) hundreds of times, but most of the time the calls don't even go through. Over the last one month I already have had three issues to complain about, but unbelievably I have been able to get through to customer care executives only once. And then their response to my problem "Call us back in 2 hrs". Guess what, its been two hours since last 10 days, but I am not yet able to even connect with customer care. Once the call did get connected and I did get the IVRS to tel me to wait "as my call is very important to them", but it never got through. I have used all the other networks out here, and I would have to say BSNL has virtually non-existent customer service infrastructure. Why doesn't TRAI look into the matter?
