Deactivation of HUMSHAKAL

I want to deactivate HUMSHAKAL Value added service from my mobile no. 9432142270. I sent SMS to service provider on 22.08.2010 but they take no Action and deduct the money and renewed the service pack. Again I complaint twice. Complaint nos are 6003104 on 07.09.2010 and 6087124 on 22.09.2010. Till now no action taken
