I AM ARIF HUSAIN ROYAL, A CONSISTENT CUSTOMER OF BSNL SERVICES. I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TOWARDS THE PLIGHT OF BSNL CUSTOMERS WHO ARE BEING HARRASED BY BSNL EXECUTIVE OFFICERS.
MY LANDLINE 0731-2369129 IS DEAD SINCE 31-08.THE DOCKET NO. IS 661758.INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS AND REMINDERS, IT IS NOT BEING STARTED YET. EVERYTIME I CALL BSNL CUSTOMER CARE, SEVERAL PHONE NUMBERS ARE GIVEN TO ME TO REFER TO, WITHOUT EVEN LISTENING TO MY PLEA.
THIS HAPPENS WITH ME EVERY OTHER MONTH, YET I AM BOUND TO PAYTHE FULL RENT OF EVERY MONTH. ACCORDING TO TRIA NORMS, I SHOULD BE REFUNDED EVEN IF THE DISCONNECTIME TIME EXCEEDS 3 DAYS .TODAY IS 22-09, STILL WE ARE BEING TORTURED BY BSNL.
IF THIS SITUATION PREVAILS, I WONDER BSNL WILL LOSE ALL ITS CUSTOMERS GRADUALLY AND PERISH FOREVER.I WOULD LIKE YOU TO LOKK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLYAND DO THE NEEDFULL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
