Unavailibility of recharge balance

My mobile No. is 9475429342 in which phone problem created. This No is in the name of Sukla Biswas from West Midnapore. Magic voucher of Rs 149.00 was there in my mobile. On 15/9 I have tried to recharge with BSNL Top Up card of Rs 55.00.After entering the card No. I have not get the amount of Rs 50.00 but quiry for balance showed the previous balance of Rs 2.90.After one day i have again tried to recharge with a card of Rs 20.00.But then also I have not obtained the balance. I have made complain in the customer care and rang in the customer care 3 to 4 times a day to get a hope for the positive service and solve my problem. But the unlucky matter is that till now I have not got any solution. I am requesting here to get a solution as soon as your possible and make me tension free from this kind of problem.
