MONTHLY RECHARGE OF RS 329/

I AM GETTING MOBILE SERVICE FROM BSNL. I GET MONTHLY CHARGED OF RS 329/ . IN THIS SCHEME COMPANY SCHEME IS FREE TALK TO BSNL WITHIN BIHAR /JHARKHAND and 200 sms free.

but for last three month they are charging my sms. for which i have complained their customer care many times

BUT WITH NO RESPONSE
