Ignorance to complaint

I am an bsnl landline user. my telephone number is 0466-2259027. i have registered a complaint 1 week before.complaint number (g05135). The authorities have not been taken any actions yet. i am no more intrested in continuing .i request you to disconnect my landline immediately will not be paying the telephone bill from this month onwards..
