Deactivate Cricket Pack

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of your services since 2003 (mob no. 9412424017). Since last 2 years I am having problem with the cricket pack that I never subscribed for.

I am getting messages for balance deduction every month, I have called the customer care hundreds of time but all went in vain.

Last time i got message on 26/11.

The service is BSNL cricket and the sender is 126300430.

I tried messaging UNSUB CRICKET to 126300430 that too didn't proved fruitful (Message Sending Failed).

Kindly tell me how to deactivate the service fron my number.

For any releavent information i will be greatful to hear at "johar.ali786@gmail.com".

I also wanted to make a note that the information provided by the customer care attendent is more or less irrelevent and of no use.
