Deduction of amount

Dear sir,

I have recieved a mail from 56688049 where they have wrote to me that,

Thank you for continuinig BSNL EMAIL2SMS service you have charged of Rs:- 49/-. For any query call on 0120-3147555. 0120-6487555.

whereas I hasn`t activated such service, and on talking with them they are misbehaving with us.

Please guide me who take action with such company
