Respected sir,

Myself Pritam kaur, W/o Kartar singh. I am a BSNL broadband

customer. My landline phone no. is 01633-266062. The broadband connection goes

out of order throughout the month about 5 0r 6 times. Every time a complaint is

filed there’s no action, if we try to contact the exchange personally we’re

harassed. The SDO of the department Mr. Surinder Arora is a local. He has taken

into consideration some personal ego clash against me. My connection went out of

order on the 9th of December and when we contacted him (on 10th dec)

regarding the complaint he told us that “the harassment will continue” and

advised us to subscribe to some other company. Kindly give the matter your

precious attention.
