BSNL Booster Not working

I have recharged SMS booster value Rs.13 during 5th November it worked upto 4th December per SMS 1 Paise charged I have sent around 250 SMS. When i tried recharge the same booster in the 2nd week of december it was blocked. Then i recharged Rs.31 booster on 21/12/10 which is also SMS booster for 2000 free local SMS and 1000 National SMS. But it is not working for each SMS i send Rs.0.50 is getting detected from my account.

Kindly helpme to resolve this issue. I am not getting the proper service for the money i paid.

The detail of confirmation message i received is as follows :

" Your a/c is recharge with denomination Rs.31 from no.9444739617 no 21.12.2010 at 06.16.11 pm Ref. No. 516040975 Sender : 58082."
