Amount debited, but mobile not recharged

I had recharged my mobilethrough Internet Banking for Rs 220/- Top up OF BSNL prepaid service.on 22/12. But my mobile has not been credited with the amount, and my bank a/c has been debited. The Tr No is: 86805120011012220952.

Kindly help me.
