I have a BSNL broadband 750plus plan connection. My land line number is 08028533758. As per this plan I should suppose to get an internet speed of 512 Kbps. But I am not getting even a speed if 30Kbps. I have raised many complaints regarding this (Complaint numbers are 1210/331, 1210/337, ...), but the next day the complaint will be closed without fixing the problem. When I ask the status, they were saying that the complaint has closed and create a new complaint. This process is still going on.
