BSNL
Broadband Deposit

I have applied for BSNL Broadband combo offer during May with a deposit amount of Rs.500/- and after numerous correspondences, i was provided with connection on 13.11.2010. Now the BSNL has raised the bill as Rs.625/- (taxes) and another Rs.625/- as deposit for Broadband. I am confused about this. Then what for Rs.500/- collected during May and now another Rs.625/- as deposit. Please anybody can clarify me sir... My contact No. is 94431 22235.
