Automatic Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,

One of my friends has 2 BSNL mobile numbers. They are 9433158882 & 9433158971.

In case of 9433158882 automatic balance deducted from 1.66 to -58.12 on dated aprox 20.11.2010. I complainted in customer care & got the docket numers are 6559960, 6513008, 6459354, 6683139. Once I came to know that Rs 5 was deducted for 56505005 download on 30-NOV 09:26:56 AM.But I have not done it.

In case of 9433158971 automatic balance deducted from 1.66 to -30.37 on dated aprox 20.12.2010. I complainted in customer care & got the docket numers is 6683020. As the first case not solved so I did not made more complaints. In this case I have not get any response from BSNL end.

For both the case I contact Jadavpore CCN.According to them "They have no records about the balance deduction but some how any reason it was deducted".

Please do the needful.
