Deducting charges of service not asked fo

I have a post paid BSNL connection in kolkata the mobile number is 9433715004.For lost two month the service provide it deducting live arti charges i.e @Rs 2 per day, a service for which we had not subscribed. The complaint was filed on A13CD63648 dt 13 /01 at 10.42 am, but the deduction continues.

Despite filing a complain the deduction continues is there any recourse, we want re imbursement of the total amount. Kindly look into matter
