BSNL employee is not accepting my UPC

After getting porting code: RTJDYNTR, i went to BSNL cusomer care office at Greames road on 24th jan, she told porting code is wrong, please send message again she asked, but reliance CDMA people send same code again.

What should i do for MNP for shifting to BSNL prepaid.
