Tele marketing missed calls in late night

Sir, i received two missed calls on my mob 9430014157 from 2463798037, 2463798012 at 23.19, 20.37 pm on 27.01.2011 when i was in a sleep, when i call them instant deduction Rs 25/- has been made .i want to know these tele marketing comp have spl link with you for calling your customer in late night, whether there is a rule or etics, shouldn't be there is a ban for harassing such a way. i want an immediate redressal as your customer care is helpless in this regard.
