Phone dead but no response from authority

Sir,

I am working in abroad. My wife and childrens are living in Kerala. Our tlephone No.0091487 2632113.This land line is not working since last six months. She complaints several times in the complaint sections, but no body responds yet. Now we have only Mobile source to contact every were. So please consider this case and get ready as soon as possible.
