PHONE TRANSFER

We have given application for phone transfer due to shift in our place of residence in kalyan only . 1 month have passed but we have not received our new bsnl landline number and also our internet is closed from last 1 month due to this problem. I have personaly met to the officer to discuss this problem he told me that within 2-3 days our landline will get started we will send our men . but it has also not happend 10 days have passed away. what kind of service you are giving i fail to understand.
