Un-authorised recovery

Sir,

I have a prepaid SIM Mobile No.09429044196. It is a BSNL Pre-paid Cellone SIM card. From my balance every month on 22nd day Rs.5/- (Five Rupees) is deducted towards service provider 565050300500. I do not want any VAS from BSNL. I contacted Consumer care center at Rajkot. They advised me to send SMS START DND to 1909. As per their instructions I sent the SMS on 23-12. I got a message that it will be activated 45 days after the registration. Now that the 45 days have gone. Still I receive messages from 56505, which I do not want. I try to contact BSNL. I could not find any online registration of mobile complaints in BSNL. Consumer complaints No.9400024365 is not in use. I request you to stop recovering any amount from balance towards any VAS
