BSNL
Poor BSNL 3g service

Sir,

I have purchased bsnl 3g usb data card MMX 310g and my bsnl mob No inserted in data card is 9456403689. Its speed is too slow ie from 0 to 48 KiloBytes per second, in starting the speed was approx 120 kilobytes per second. In same modem and same laptop, i am getting 120 kilobytes per second speed using my friend's BSNL sim card with same 274 unlimited plan.

Now, i migrated to 3G using some recharge, but still facing same problem.

so i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible, if not possible than intimate what should I do to resolve this problem.
