Chat messenger deactivation

Sir, i have booked a complaint regarding deactivation of chat messenger of my mobile no:9480439412, but so far no action has taken, even they have not told how to deactivate it.same problem is facing by so many customers but no body is caring our complaints. we are annoyed by the service of bsnl.
