I am residing at Plot No. 02, Subham Nagar, Part 3, Old Pallavaram, Chennai 600 117.

I have a land line and Broad band connection in my house. I am facing problem with my Land line since 21st February so that I couldn’t access my internet too.

The telephone cable was not properly installed to my house. I have given complaint many times. Myself and my wife are working, so we are available in the house after 4.00 pm only. We have insisted this to my Keelkattalai telephone exchange office. But the problem was not solved yet.
