Sir,
I recharge Rs.20 on 7.3.2011 morning with in one minute my Rs 30 was deducted my main account one message was in my inbox you are deducted Rs 30 for cricket alerts. but i surely i am not subsribed this service i asked customer care. They did not respond i unsubscribe the service the message displays 'you are not subscibed the service' I asked again the customer care they tell complaint number that complaint number is TN070311877. kindly resolve the complaint. my bsnl mobile number is 9488060469
