Alance reduction

I'm vikas with mobile no 919460036677 i gave a complaint regarding balance of 80 rs from my account on 7 marchand 40 rs. on 8 march.

I'm customer for BSNL from last 5 years.

I called customer care but they couldn't tell me about my balance reduction.

Please solve my problem.
